But if you can see it coming, you can make changes and take a step back to give yourself time to breathe. These are some of the signs of entrepreneurial burnout you need to look out for.
Constant Fatigue
You're running on empty and every day just seems like more of the same. You don't have any energy to deal with anything beyond basic survival and it becomes increasingly difficult to stay afloat. If you feel like your tank is always on empty, it might be time for a change.
If you simply haven't rested and you're always running at a hundred miles per hour, it's no wonder that you're tired all of the time. When you notice that your energy and motivation have disappeared, you need a break.
Brain Fog
You've probably noticed that you have a hard time remembering things, even though you just did them. Lack Of Time Off
